We offer free shipping on all orders globally.

6:00PM Monday - Friday (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Melbourne).

Order processing time:

US & UK: Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days.

Other International: 1 to 2 business days

Order transit time:

US & UK: Your order will arrive in 3 to 7 business days.

Other International: Your order will arrive in 10 to 20 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

When your items are shipped out, within 1-2 days you will receive a notification from us via email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

If you haven't received one or the tracking number doesn't work, contact us and we'll be happy to take a look for you.

Can I change my address? 

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as you can, and if the product has not shipped we will change it. Email address is support@cyclingkinetics.com

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy for fees in this situation and if an order has already been dispatched.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order once it’s received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and rectify this for you. We will provide return shipping for you if it arrives damaged or incorrect.
